With more than 30 years of experience and international career, Olena is Ukranian conductor and music educator. After graduating in choral conducting from the Rivne National Institute of Culture and Art, she became fascinated with choral music and worked as a conductor for educational and amateur choirs. She also served as a singer in the professional Academic Chamber Choir "Cantus," which is widely recognized in Ukraine and Europe. In addition to her conducting and singing roles, Olena taught vocal lessons, music theory, and choir at music schools in Uzhgorod.Many of Olena's students have gone on to become professional musicians, working as choir conductors and singers in Ukraine, Slovakia, and Hungary. Since 2009, Tymchyk Olena has been the leader of the Choir of the Senior Students of Uzhgorod Children's Music School. Under her leadership, the choir has achieved remarkable success, winning six regional choir competitions in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2023. They have also participated in national and international competitions in Lviv, Ukraine (2017), Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (2016), Kharkiv, Ukraine (2018, 2019), Budapest, Hungary (2015) and Rimini, Italy (2014).
